General Rate Increase – 2018

Florence, KY – Effective January 1, 2018, TRAC Interstar will be implementing a General Rate Increase (“GRI”) for roadside assistance.
TRAC Interstar highly values our customers’ business and remains committed to continually improving our service and value to every customer. TRAC Interstar provides top-quality roadside assistance and we have been able to maintain the same price for our services during the last four years despite the continuous rise in material and labor costs.
The GRI will allow us to:
- Continue investment in technology. Further investment in our service platform and mobile application, Roadstar, will mean improved oversight, reduced downtime, and expedited service.
- Continue to provide best-in-class emergency road service. Our call center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you will always talk to one of our experienced repair coordinators as opposed to a recording or an answering machine. You can rest assured that your repair will be monitored and managed throughout the entire process, and the information collected will be available in customized reports that fit your company’s needs.
- Continue our policy and procedure in vendor selection and management. We maintain a certified network of highly reliable vendors which we will continue to grow with candidates who meet or exceed our standards. This will ensure that your equipment gets back on the road safely and quickly, and that your breakdown needs are handled efficiently at a fair cost.

Please note that after January 1, 2018, utilization of TRAC Interstar’s services will be deemed to be an acceptance of those published Terms and Conditions.
